1. Registration and Account Usage

If there are any changes to the information, users are obligated to update it promptly to ensure smooth communication between the platform and the user, as well as accurate order delivery
Account Security: Users should properly keep their accounts and passwords and are not allowed to lend their accounts to others for use. If the account information is leaked or illegally used by others due to the user's own reasons, the user shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom. If any abnormal activity is found in the account, the user should immediately notify the platform customer service
II. Probation Period and Scope
Trial period: From the moment the user successfully registers, a [X]-day trial period will be granted. During the trial period, the user can experience all the basic functions provided by the platform, including but not limited to browsing products, searching, adding to cart, placing orders, and checking logistics information
Trial scope restrictions: During the trial period, some advanced features or specific promotional activities may not be available to trial users. The specific details are subject to the actual display on the platform. The platform reserves the right to adjust the trial scope according to business needs and will provide notice in a prominent position on the website in advance
III. Commodity Trading Rules
Product Information: The product information displayed on the platform is provided by the seller. The platform strives to ensure the accuracy of the information, but does not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions. Users should carefully check the product details, price, inventory, and other information before placing an order. If there is a dispute due to issues with product information, the platform will assist users in negotiating a resolution with the seller
Placing an order and payment: After placing an order, the user must complete payment within the specified time, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. The platform supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), debit cards, PayPal, etc. Users should choose the appropriate payment method based on their own situation and follow the prompts on the payment page to complete the operation. The user shall bear any fees and related expenses incurred during the payment process, and the specific fee standards shall be subject to the regulations of the payment institution
Order modification and cancellation: Before an order is shipped, users can modify order information (such as shipping address, quantity of goods, etc.) or cancel the order according to the platform's operation guidelines. If the order has already been shipped, users need to negotiate with the seller regarding order modification or cancellation, and the platform will provide necessary assistance. Any additional costs incurred due to order modification or cancellation caused by the user shall be borne by the user
IV. Logistics and After-sales Service

Specific delivery times and costs depend on the chosen delivery method, and users can view detailed information when placing their orders. Due to the multiple steps involved in international logistics, factors such as customs clearance and flight delays may affect delivery times. The platform will do its best to assist users in tracking logistics progress, but will not be responsible for logistics delays caused by unforeseeable or unavoidable reasons
Product acceptance and return/replacement: After receiving the product, the user should promptly inspect it. If any quality issues are found or the product does not match the order, the user should contact the platform's customer service or the seller within the specified time (generally within [X] days after receiving the product) to apply for a return/replacement. V. User Behavior Guidelines

The platform has the right to supervise user behavior. If any user is found to violate the code of conduct, measures such as warnings, restriction of account usage, and termination of trial use will be taken depending on the severity of the violation. If the violation causes losses to the platform or other users, the violating user shall bear the responsibility for compensation
VI. Privacy and Data Protection

The personal information provided by users during registration and use of the platform is only used for platform operations, order processing, customer service, and other purposes permitted by laws and regulations. If user data is leaked due to reasons attributable to the platform, the platform will bear the corresponding responsibility and take timely measures to reduce user losses
VII. Rights and Responsibilities of the Platform
Platform Rights: The platform reserves the right to modify these trial terms at any time based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or to maintain the normal operation of the platform, and to publish the updated terms in a prominent position on the website. Users who continue to use the platform after the terms have been updated are deemed to agree to be bound by the new terms. The platform has the right to review user accounts and usage behavior, and if any abnormalities or violations are discovered, it has the right to take corresponding measures
Platform responsibility: The platform shall strive to ensure its normal operation and provide a stable, secure, and convenient trading environment. If service interruptions or suspensions occur due to technical failures, maintenance upgrades, or other reasons, the platform will promptly notify users and restore service within a reasonable timeframe. The platform will bear compensation liability within a reasonable scope for direct economic losses caused to users due to platform reasons, except for losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.) or third-party reasons (such as payment institution failures, logistics and distribution delays, etc.)
VIII. Dispute Resolution
Settlement through negotiation: In the event of a dispute between the user and the platform or seller during the trial period, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation first. The user can communicate with the platform or seller through the platform's customer service channels (such as online customer service, customer service email, etc.), explain the dispute and propose a solution
Other avenues: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to be governed by English law and submit it to a court with jurisdiction in London, UK, for litigation. During the dispute resolution period, except for the matters in dispute, both parties shall continue to fulfill the other provisions of this trial clause.
