- The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids, L-leucine, L-valine, and L-isoleucine, which play a role in supporting strength, muscle gains and protein synthesis. Our formula contains free form amino acids that have been independently produced and then combined in the optimal 2:1:1 ratio.
